Our professional services are billed at an hourly rate or on per project basis. Synegi offers Professional Service Retainers (PSR) which is a pre-paid block of hours at discounted rates. We offer PSR’s in hour blocks of 10, 25, 50 and beyond. PSR’s are beneficial to any size company and can be used to address any IT issue (be it with Workstations/Servers/Routers/Switches/etc.). NOS (Network Operating System) Agreement
We also offer an additional protection plan when it comes to your server hardware and its peripherals. In the event should any server in your environment and/or any of its components (Memory, HDD, NICs, SCSI/SAS HBA, etc.) should malfunction/fail, Synegi will provide replacement parts and/or provide a loaner server, should the situation call for it. If it is also necessary, reloading of the operating system and it’s configuration is also covered under the NOS agreement. Not all servers qualify, but that is determined upon doing a site survey of your server hardware. We have several coverage levels which are listed below. OPTION I Monday – Friday, 8:00am – 5:00pm, 4 hours on-site as negotiated.
OPTION II Extended Coverage Monday – Friday, 8:00am – 12 Midnight, 4 hours average on-site 50% uplift
OPTION III Extended Coverage Monday – Friday, 24 hours a day, 4 hours average on-site 75% uplift
Option IV Extended Coverage Monday – Sunday 8:00am – 5:00pm, 4 hours average on-site 100% uplift
OPTION V Extended Coverage Monday – Sunday 8:00am – 12 Midnight, 4 hours average on-site 125% uplift
OPTION VI Extended Coverage Monday –Sunday, 24 Hours per day, 4 hours average on-site 150% uplift
